Renowned chefs from The Counter in Switzerland, holding two Michelin stars, and Thevar in Singapore, also a two-star Michelin establishment, will collaborate with Talea’s own culinary team. This dinner promises not just a meal, but an unforgettable gastronomic journey melding influences from diverse culinary traditions.
Saturday, Nov 22 – Strawfire by Ross Shonhan (Dh 850)
On Saturday, get ready for a fire-inspired collaboration at Strawfire. This dynamic dinner features collaborations among Yakitori Abe, a celebrated Bib Gourmand restaurant from Tokyo, and Zonda Cocina de Paisaje, hailing from Mendoza and boasting one Michelin star. The in-house team at Strawfire will add their unique flair, creating an evening that melds tradition with innovation. Sunday, Nov 23 – Hakkasan (Dh 1,000)
Conclude the weekend with a grand finale at Hakkasan, where an impressive eight-hands dinner will take center stage. This event will feature a star-studded lineup, including Taian Table from Shanghai, which boasts three Michelin stars, Anăn Saigon from Vietnam with one Michelin star, Ryba from Abu Dhabi known for its Bib Gourmand distinction, and Hakkasan’s own Michelin-starred culinary team. Kids’ Masterclasses
For the younger culinary enthusiasts aged 6 to 12, there’s an exciting opportunity to participate in hands-on kids’ masterclasses. Under the expert guidance of Chef Alexandre Thabard, Executive Pastry Chef at Emirates Palace, along with Chef Luigi Stinga from Talea by Antonio Guida, children will engage in creating delightful handmade chocolate desserts and gnocchi.
Each session aims to ignite creativity and build confidence in young chefs. Participants will leave not only with delicious treats but also with a newfound appreciation for the culinary arts, and they’ll receive a branded apron to commemorate their experience.
